Engraving and Graphics Charges 

Our pricing includes up to 2 lines of text engraving on most trophies, resin awards, and medals.  Additional engraving charges may apply on some cups, gift items, and identification products. 

Engraving for most plaques, acrylics, glass and crystal items is based on a per character charge (usually $.10 per character).  We can also include stock logos and graphics into the engraving layout on your plaque for a minimal charge (usually $2.00 each).  We have thousands of stock logos and images to choose from, and these elements add a professional touch to your award item.

We can also include your custom logo or image.  Just let us know that you have an artwork file that you want incorporated into the layout at the time of your order, and we can discuss the preferred format for submitting logo and image files.  Additional graphics charges may apply, depending on the quality and format of your submission ($30.00 per hour is our nominal rate).

Some setup fees may also apply for banners, signage, promotional items, and imprinted and embroidered apparel.

Upon request, we will provide a free estimate for your project.  Digital proofs are also available for your review and approval prior to production.

Excalibur Awards uses only the finest materials, and your award will feature an engraved brass or aluminum plate (if applicable) in your choice of color and finish.  A wide variety of fonts and engraving styles are available for these awards as well as for glass, acrylic, crystal, and metal items.
